The Uniform Shop is operated by the P&C Association as a service to the school community with all profits returned to the school community.  (More detailed information on the functions of the P&C is outlined further in this document below)

The P&C Association Uniform Shop carries the full range of uniforms necessary for your student to attend Brisbane State High School. All compulsory uniform clothing items are stocked, plus State High school bags, sports bags, umbrellas, parent supporter garments, and memorabilia.

The required black school shoes and sporting footwear are not available from the Uniform Shop; these must be purchased separately.

 

Payment

 

Payment methods accepted at the Uniform Shop are: Cash, Eftpos & Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard), Student ID Card with a linked account via My Student Account.

 

2018 Term 4 opening hours

Monday to Friday - 8.00am to 1.00pm

Orientation Day Wednesday 5th December 2018 - 7.30am to 5.00pm

These hours are during school term time only. The Uniform Shop is closed on public holidays and during school holidays.

Summer holiday trading hours

 

The Uniform Shop is closed during school holidays, however will have extended opening hours during January of each year.  Please see below for January 2019:

 

Prior to Commencement of 2019 School Year:

Saturday 19th January - 9.00am to 1.00pm

Monday 21st January to Friday 25th January - 9.00am to 3.00pm

 

First Week of School 2019:

Monday 28th January - Closed (Public Holiday)

Tuesday 29th January to Friday 1st February - 8.00am to 4.00pm

Volunteers needed

 

The Uniform Shop requires more volunteers to assist with the running of the shop in order to keep uniform prices at a reasonable level.  Please contact the Uniform Shop Manager via email uniformmgr@brisbaneshs.eq.edu.au if you are interested.

 

P&C Association

The Brisbane State High School Parents and Citizens  (P&C) Association encourages closer co-operation between the school, parents and the wider community. P&C Association members work with the Executive Principal and school staff on behalf of the students’ families to foster an interest amongst the parents in educational matters as well as fundraising to provide financial resources for the school.

Core functions of the P&C Association:

  • supporting the various sub-committees; 

  • operating the Uniform Shop and Canteens; and

  • assist with fundraising.
